Add introduction to the team page

Team page go straight to the team list but we can add an introduction paragraph and center the cards leaving some space left and right

I am getting an interesting error trying to run this on my laptop.

I was going to start looking at running through some css stuff, and check some situations to see where to pull the about me section from.

@plfiorini is there an API that goes along with the team page? I am still having trouble getting the page to load.

@ajkendal There is a server-side component (https://github.com/lirios/website) that acts as a proxy to the Slack information but it needs an API key for Slack which I cannot give to everyone.

The API is used to render the cards with the team people
