mintUpdate 6.1.5 missing Linux Kernels management utility on LMDE 6

Issue:
"Linux Kernels" management option under "View" dropdown is not present in mintUpdate 6.1.5 for LMDE 6 Faye users.

1. Install LMDE 6.
2. Update to latest version of "Update Manager" mintUpdate 6.1.5.
3. Open "View" dropdown.

Expected behavior
Linux Kernels being an available option in the UI for accessing kernel management.

Additional context
Documentation under "Help -> Contents" clearly states the Linux Kernels utility should be present in mintUpdate for LMDE users, however it is not. Linux Kernels utility either:

or
An amendment be made to the documentation clearly stating that LMDE will not have the Linux Kernels management feature and why.
