Display glitch in the neighbourhood of the curser

Steps to reproduce

No idea. It happens randomly and it is usually resolved after a reboot.

Expected behavior

It should not be happening

Does that move with the cursor? Does it content change, or is it static, once the glitch appears? Does this happen with any underling program?
