Describe the bug
This probably falls somewhere between a bug and a feature request and I'm not 100% sure if it an issue with librespot-java or with owntone/forked-daaps.

My setup is spocon using pipes to send music and metadata to owntone (forked-daapd) which is working nicely with volume control except the slight niggle as detailed below:

I'm doing is the following

I set Spotify to play a song on my computer and set the volume in Spotify desktop app to full volume and I can hear the sound from my computer speakers.
I go into owntone and set the volume very quiet.

I then change the source in the Spotify client from the Computer to the spocon/spotify connect connection and the music starts to play however in the Spotify Client I have a loud volume and in owntone I have a quite volume. I need to then change the volume in spotify to get the volumes to sync up.

The same happens when using my phone to start the music.

Expected behavior

What I'd prefer to happen is that on the change to spotify owntone picks up the the volume. I don't know if this is owntone is missing an update or if librespot-java doesn't send a volume update on the source changing.
