  • Store user's info
  • Change button's text when it's clicked
  • Display a confirmation message
  • Check if the email is already register

The form is going to be based on the Mautic open source platform.

A working form is added to this commit f1f70dd which stores the data in the Mautic platform.

We need to investigate if the Mautic platform has a feature to check if an email address is registered.
