Alternative interpretation is that when duplicating a line, the duplicated line appears above the original instead of below. It would be nice if the cursor were on the lower line and not the upper one (or if that were a separate duplicate command, like lafe.duplicateAfter)

Actually, we get the desired behavior if the cursor is at the end of the line, but not anywhere else. It would still be nice to have this be the behavior in all cases.
