Unable to do dockerhub login

Description & steps to reproduce

You can get around getting rate limited by dockerhub by logging in.
However, dockerhub login with docker login does not seem to matter to images that are pulled by kurtosis engine.

Desired behavior

Would be good to either:

• be able to use the dockerhub credentials present in ~/.docker/config
• be able to pass dockerhub credentials as a runtime parameter

What is the severity of this bug?

Painful; this is causing significant friction in my workflow.
