operator images on artifacthub but not in knowledge base

• prepend docker.io to operators urls without a prefix
• restrict Operator_Correspondant_Image_URL to single string

I removed tags and provided the full url. i.e : https://hub.docker.com/r/banzaicloud/kafka-operator instead of https://hub.docker.com/r/banzaicloud/kafka-operator/tags/0.3.1 . Any thoughts?
