Describe the bug
This is requested in #3649 and the getLocalFilePathByUri method is responsible for getting the filePath from the given URI, and this should be tested properly to test all the scenarios. E.g. see in #3696 we encountered an issue while opening the URI on the older device.

Expected behavior
We should add test cases for this method.
