Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Running Kitsune in a configuration where it federates via Tor Hidden Services/I2P eepsites is currently impossible since no proxies are supported.

In some networks, proxies are also required to even access the regular internet.

Describe the solution you'd like

Configuration via the configuration file of HTTP clients to either use SOCKS5 or HTTP(s) proxies for HTTP requests would be great.
