在IDE中，只要连接上板子，不论是不是在执行程序，IDE就会每隔一段时间卡住，然后又恢复，非常影响编程，怎么解决？

直接电脑USB口供电吗，老USB口可能供电不足导致硬件反复重启。

碰到过一样的问题，用管理员权限打开IDE能改善
