Is your feature request related to a problem?

Not a problem but a question of clarity and standard. Having the inspector package in the src/inspector doesn't reflect our wish to be able to have this as a separate package.

Describe the solution you would like

Move inspector to packages/inspector

Acceptance Criteria

Everyting should work as it does
