Enable stylecheck ST1000

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As of now ST1000 style check linter is disabled. While enabling, need to add comments on atleast one file in package for package definiton.
Describe the solution you'd like
After enabling this, we will have more descriptive package and will help in understanding what is the usesage/use case of the packages.
