Feature: prompt user to reload after pause or whitelisting website

After pausing or whitelisting a site, the extension should ask the user to reload the page, otherwise they may not realize they need to do that to see a change.

I struggled finding a good way to do this at first but now I have an idea that I will try and report back on this issue.
