Feature: Block javascript pop up ads

I'd love a way to block these intrusive style of ads. Screenshot is included.

Unless they are using a JS script that we can block, this proves extremely time consuming, even with the help of a community, because it will involves blocking specific CSS tags in specific domains. With front-end frameworks, the tags tend to include a hash making any solution a lot more fickle.
