ENH: create command "long audio" to capture 30 seconds

The power of AI summarization is not as clear on short text. Allowing users to specify a 30 second capture would make the amazing summarization clear.

Might do this with a "long press" of the button rather than a command.

In any case the display should show that this is a longer capture and the summary should be shown when it is done, while waiting for the images.
