JQuery UI Autocomplete seems to get blocked

For some strange and unknown reason, the jQuery autocomplete function used in WP SEO does run, but will no longer show the results when Demo Quotes is enabled via mu directory. (whether this is also the case when in normal plugin dir needs testing).

This happens en editing any post/page, even a non-DQ one where none of the DQ css or js is being loaded.
