Right now, it only looks at a column's cardinality to short-circuit frequency compilation for ID columns. It doesn't look at the modes/antimodes to get the pre-computed values for low-cardinality columns.

It should use these stats as well to short-circuit frequency compilation for low-cardinality columns.

If all the modes are listed by stats ( not just a truncated preview), and the number of unique modes is equal to its cardinality, use this info to short-circuit frequency calculation for the column.
