Create a user tour - Expectations

The tour

• Start from everywhere
• When starting the tour it should redirect to administrator/index.php?option=com_users&view=users first
• A modal should show up give me a first instructions/descriptions
• I would like to be able to rename the button "next" to "Start"
• Clicking on "Start" Highlights the "+ New" button and gives a modal with information
• There is no "Next" button visible but the user should click the "+ New" button to continue (currently if I click "+ New" I'm redirected back...)
• The title field is highlighted + a modal with description is visible
• "Next" Button is disabled and gets active when something is insert in the title field
• Same happen for Email
• Password gets an modal + description + highlight
• (nice to have) depending if I put in a password in the step before I'm asked to fill in the password again in the 2nd field
• Tab "Assigned user groups" is highlighted and I have to click to go to the groups
• Groups are highlighted and explained
• Tab "Basic Settings" is highlighted and I have to click to open the tab
• Each option is explained

Additional

• I don't want to insert the URL all the time in the step
• Reordering the steps does not have an influence on the tour?
• Tours should be groupable in categories
• Tours should be featurable (= visible in the dropdown)
• Tours not featured should not be visible in the list but be visible in a "show all" link modal
