Parks stuff is set to en-GB

Article, module2, menu items are all set to en-GB.
They should be set to All languages, i.e *

[Bakual]

That's how it currently is done in the SQL file. When I wrote the plugin I took more or less the exact same data.

What do you think? Should we just set everything to "*" or do like in the blog one where we set it to the active language if a multilingual site is detected?
