Two seperate sidechain versions

I'll be keeping two branches for the current sidechain template, one with the original Bitcoin Blockheaders for mining (bits, nonces, chainwork + withdrawalBundle hash). Whilst the other main branch to replicate the same header, block structs found in the original testchain template that is to say without the inclusion of the bits, chainwork, targeting algorithms
