Detailed or customizable "Device OS"

The server does not allow "WINNT". Other clients, like Windows Mail, report more specific OS information.
Would it be possible to add a detailed OS information or add a custom value in the preferences?

Actual behavior

Device OS: WINNT

I'm in need of this as well. The Device OS information being sent is not enough for the organization to determine the device is on the approved list. Typically it looks something like Windows 10.0.22635.
