Can't go online with Icognito!!!!! help!!!!

When I try opening any online feature, it would just say "An error has occured. Please restart the console from..." (error code: 2123-0011). I know I am not banned due to the fact that the ban message would be different, my serial is XAW000... like it should be, what do I do?

Im trying to go to the eshop to purchase the Pokemon Sword and Shield DLC. I remember being able to play online on Incognito RCM, why can't I do it anymore?

You are either misremembering or misunderstanding. The entire point of incognito is to sever the connection of your switch to ever being able to use Ninty's stuff.

So there's no possible way to play online on a hacked switch? I remember watching a YT video and it said rcm_icognito lets u play online.

The only way is with homebrew with switch-lan. Anything that involves N's servers will not work, that is the entire point. Eshop, Switch Online, Friends list, and anything else that requires a N account will not work
