I have MCCGQ14LM sensors and they do not work, I need the coordinator's firmware.

Coordinator firmware is not responsible for the concrete devices.
You should ask support in software you use (z2m, zha, etc)

I guess that it should work in CC2538 and CC2652 since 20211222 versions.
