Default subtitle selection is disabled

Description of the bug

When you play a video in jellyfin-web, the subtitle selection respects the server's recommended default subtitle. The resulting behavior is that playing a video will always load the correct subtitle automatically. In jellyfin-vue the default subtitle selection is disabled, resulting in the video playing without subtitles until you manually select it.

Steps to reproduce

1. Have a video with an embedded or external subtitle.
2. Play it.

Expected behavior

Since jellyfin-vue does not implement player preferences yet, I would expect the subtitle selection to at least match jellyfin-web. Thus, use the server recommended subtitle for Default-subtitle mode.
