Failure fetching episode metadata #88

Description

Some episodes fail to fetch metadata, while others from the same show and season fetch them fine. File names are all in similar fashion (S##E##.mkv)

Attempts to resolve

  • Refreshing metadata
  • Removing file, updating library, adding file and updating library again

Versions

  • Jellyfin: 10.8.10
  • TVDB plugin: 9.0.0.0
  • TMDB Box Sets plugin: 10.0.0.0

Environment

  • OS: Windows 10
  • Browser: Firefox
  • Plugins: TMDB Box Sets, TVDB

Adding the show's TVDBID to the directory name may help with this issue so instead of Dragon Ball (1986) have the directory named as Dragon Ball (1986) [tvdbid-76666]

I'll keep that in mind for future reference, but I swapped a few series, including this one, to absolute order, which doesn't exhibit this problem.

If I notice this same bug in another series, I'll post an update
