Steps:

Apply the M5 fold_all model to all spine-generic multi-subject T2w images
Perform quality control, select 20-30 subjects (NOTE: do not select the subjects already used for training/testing), correct the predictions manually if necessary (labeling tutorial here)
Re-train the model with the extended dataset
Evaluate the performance of the M5 fold_all model and the model trained on the extended dataset
