Add support for deploying inv-sig-helper #5

Recently it's not possible to view videos without inv-sig-helper. Please include the deployment of this service in the Helm chart.

As it's an untrusted service, it would be nice to include also a NetworkPolicy to reduce the cluster exposure to this pod.
