Can we develop UI for user to configure template without asking regex.

This library is excellent for extracting semi-structured information and converting it into structured key-value pairs. Adding a UI to allow end users to configure templates would enhance its functionality significantly. If such a feature is included, this library would be among the best for extracting data from PDFs. I've created a basic structure where users fill in text boxes to generate regex patterns based on their input. However, it's challenging to get precise input from users, especially when it's necessary to include text that comes before or after the actual value.

If someone guide me to design and develop functionality I am happy to contribute and work collaboratively.
