Update Funders ROR to v2 and add Affiliations

Funders and Affiliations use two different structures, even though they are both importing ROR data. The Affiliations ROR data is badly out of date inveniosoftware/cookiecutter-invenio-rdm#213, and is missing fields like alternative names that are important for being able to identify organizations. ROR has released a v2 of their data dump (https://zenodo.org/records/11106901), so it makes sense to update to the new format at the same time.

Describe the solution you'd like

A modified version of the funders datastream that works for both affiliations and funders, adds more fields from ROR, and looks at the v2 data dump.
