Upload progress not shown right likely due to spacing issues

Describe the bug

When uploading a (larger?) file the progress isn't shown right. It goes from 0 to 1 to 2 ... 9 and then you see 0% again instead of 10%. The screenshot shows 10%

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to a record draft
2. Upload a file (maybe a larger file?)
3. See the progress going from 0 to 9 and then back to 0 instead of 10

Expected behavior

It should show 10% when the progress is 10%.

how big is your tested file?

as you can see in the screenshot, I took a zoom.deb - you might can use the same for testing. :) The file is around 181.1 MB. So in research-data-speaking not even a large/huge file. ;)

Not sure whether it is even related to the size. How is the file-size, related to the progress-bar? For bigger files and bad internet (while having a zoom-call at the same time) you have time to take a look at the progress bar.
