Blank screen in extension

I am using this extension in mises browser in first it's working I diposit some funds and tried to recover key but it's showing blank screen again and again

Have you tried using the seed phrase in other browsers? I'm not familiar with mises browser.

I forgot to backup my seed phase it's my fault

In that case, I suggest you hold on to your spending password, keep your nami extension and browser setup as is (don't uninstall it) and wait for a nami release that is compatible with the browser you used. After that, you can transfer your funds to an address that you own and have the seed phrase backed up.
