Split from #2536
The README and Changelog icons are very small and placed together that makes it difficult to understand them.
I moved the changelog icon to a separate column after the Version column. Also the Documentation column now has a title.
On the available plugins page the translations keys can be reused from the main plugins page.
This made the table wider so it will be good to think how to optimize it.
WIP and not tested
