Description

There's no cursor in the screenshot (neither in the preview when selecting the area, nor in the final output) even if the --cursor flag is passed.

How to reproduce

  • Run grimblast --freeze --cursor copy area
  • Paste the copied screenshot on any application
  • There's no cursor to be seen

Hyprland crash reports, program logs, images, videos

It works fine for me. Are you on Nvidia?

No. Just a laptop with intel integrated graphics.

Ah, you're using --cursor with area. Which obviously doesn't work, as the cursor would be outside the area. Or be in the top-left corner, which looks very weird.

EDIT: Ah, I see what you mean now. We're using hyprpicker to capture the frozen image, and it does not support capturing the cursor as well. Perhaps grim could be used in a similar manner to watershot.
