Mathematiklehrerinnen und -lehrer. \par Das Buch beginnt mit einem Kapitel
zur elementaren Topologie (Kapitel 1), in dessen Zentrum Fragen der
Graphentheorie stehen. Dabei wird auf einige ``prominente" mathematische
Probleme, wie das K\"onigsberger Br\"uckenproblem und den Vierfarbensatz,
eingegangen. Es folgt ein (kurzes) zweites Kapitel zu Polyedern. Das Buch
hat somit einen f\"ur Geometrieb\"ucher f\"ur die Lehramtsausbildung
ungew\"ohnlichen Aufbau, dennoch sind die Kapitel 1 und 2 sehr
empfehlenswert. Die Autoren weisen jedoch darauf hin, dass diese beiden
Kapitel \"ubersprungen werden k\"onnen, da die folgenden Kapitel nicht
darauf aufbauen. \par Kapitel 3 gibt einen Einblick in einen axiomatischen
Aufbau der Geometrie. Das Kapitel ist sehr knapp gehalten, sodass nur zu den
Inzidenzaxiomen etwas n\"ahere Ausf\"uhrungen m\"oglich sind und die
weiteren Abschnitte nur dazu dienen, Begriffe der Anordnung und Messung zu
fundieren. Ein vollst\"andiger axiomatischer Aufbau wird nicht betrieben.
Die Autoren weisen darauf hin, dass die folgenden Kapitel auch ohne die in
Kapitel 3 behandelten axiomatischen Grundlagen verst\"andlich sind und
tragen somit der Tatsache Rechnung, dass die Meinungen dazu, inwiefern in
der Lehramtsausbildung Axiomatik thematisiert werden sollte, geteilt sind.
\par Den weitaus gr\"o{\ss}ten Raum nimmt das Kapitel 4
``Abbildungsgeometrie" ein. Die Kongruenzabbildungen werden sehr anschaulich
und anhand vieler Beispiele eingef\"uhrt und es wird herausgearbeitet, dass
die Menge aller Kongruenzabbildungen der Ebene eine Gruppe bildet. Auf
dieser Grundlage wird dann die Kongruenz geometrischer Abbildungen
eingef\"uhrt. Erg\"anzt wird das Kapitel um Deckabbildungsgruppen,
\"Ahnlichkeitsabbildungen und affine Abbildungen. Allerdings wird dabei auf
die f\"ur die Zielgruppe stark relevante \"Ahnlichkeitslehre nur sehr kurz
eingegangen, Bez\"uge dazu finden sich auch im weiteren Verlauf des Buches
nur vereinzelt. \par Gegenstand von Kapitel 5 sind geometrische
Konstruktionen, es wird sowohl auf grundlegende Prinzipien als auch auf die
wichtigsten Grundkonstruktionen eingegangen. Aus Platzgr\"unden kann dieses
Kapitel aber nur einen allerersten Einblick in geometrische Konstruktionen
geben. \par Das Kapitel 6 ``Fragestellungen der euklidischen Geometrie"
behandelt einige besonders interessante -- und dabei auch schulrelevante --
Themengebiete der Geometrie (besondere Linien und Punkte im Dreieck, S\"atze
am Kreis, Satzgruppe des Pythagoras). In der 2008 erschienenen vierten
Auflage wurde zudem ein Abschnitt zum Goldenen Schnitt eingef\"ugt. \par Den
Abschluss des Buches bildet ein sehr kurzer Einblick in die darstellende
Geometrie (Kapitel 7). \par F\"ur folgende Auflagen w\"aren u.a. eine
st\"arkere Ber\"ucksichtigung der \"Ahnlichkeitslehre sowie alternative
Zug\"ange zur Kongruenz w\"unschenswert -- letzteres insbesondere, da der
``euklidische" Zugang (ohne Abbildungen) in j\"ungerer Zeit wieder zunehmend
die Vorgehensweise in Schulb\"uchern beeinflusst und abbildungsgeometrische
Vorgehensweisen somit im Bereich der Schule im Verlauf der vergangenen 2-3
Jahrzehnte stark an Bedeutung verloren haben.}",
