Display Text of Title on request

Currently are displayed the fields whenever we create a new page -->Image 1

And how pages are displayed --> Image 2

The way we require for better use, knowing that the request is an option (ie : through a click on the title) --> Image 3

Content to be displayed on request but currently not.
We would appreciate to fullfill PageOne Title by more informations whenever necessary
