UI: Moved wiki page marked with a fade-in/fade-out

We should mark the moved wiki pages with a fade-out background so people see what page they just moved and where they dropped it.

1. A
   AA
   AB
   AC
2. B
   BA
   BB
   BC
3. C

Problem: when page C is selected but you move page BA above page AA and release it at the appropriate place, then it will visually disappear within the layer structure. Page C will still be marked as selected.
