Proposing an enhancement to alert administrators instantly when the system encounters permanent issues (e.g., incorrect email or server details) preventing successful notification delivery. The current retry mechanism, intended for intermittent issues, can be streamlined by avoiding unnecessary retries for such permanent issues.
