When using --test --all --target some-addon, an error in the build for a single platform doesn't make the whole action fail.

Example: https://github.com/Jalle19/home-assistant-addon-repository/actions/runs/6024217215/job/16342464985 (search for command not found in the raw logs).

A workaround seems to be to build a single platform at a time using a build matrix configuration.
