Timer range needs a max timeout

The kickoff timer range needs to be bound. Anything over 5 or 10 seconds may not be necessary. I'm also noticing sometimes I get times of nan or inf that can mess up my PB. I'm not sure was is causing the inf or nan, but a min and max bound should prevent influencing the times at least though probably not the underlying issue.
