We can also add chatbot using dialogflow as its easy to integrate with website.

@ashi-sharma that is also a nice solution, I will look into it as of now integrating customerly into the website is simple, but their setup is taking quite large time.

@himanshu007-creator sir , we can merge chatbot for customer help like this is a NGO based website we can give option to them so that they will not write only they have to select a option .....
We can make a json file for do so .
I have implemented it before for a hotel website.
I would like to implement it .
