Communication Failure in Angular

As the title of the issue implies, i'm struggling to initiate a connection with the fingerprint reader.

I'm using the DigitalPersona 4500 Fingerprint reader, i've installed drivers for it as well as DigitalPersona Lite Client on my computer, i've tried this across multiple browsers and i keep getting this error

I've made firewall rules allowing both DPAgent and DPHost on ports 9001 and 52181 respectively but i'm still facing the same issue even after recompiling my code.

I'm not getting any issues on VSCode and it's my first time working with this device so i'm a bit confused as to what could be going wrong here
