Track "copy of" / "reedit of" information

Every once in a while I'm seeing errors like:

LookupError: No such OSM id: 4639304

where it is not clear whether an invalid OSM border polygon id was picked from the "places" database, or [Recreate] was clicked on a rather old map request with the ID of the border polygon having changed meanwhile (e.g. spliting up a single closed way object and putting all the split members into a relation)
