EPIC: Block verification before saving (only block stream hash verification)

AS A Block Node developer
I WANT TO compare a Block Hash (before proofs are available) in Block Stream
SO THAT I continue development alongside TSS

Tech Notes:

1. Using Block Stream Simulator (from Services)
2. We will store a Block unverified and delete it if info in the next block fails its verification.
3. Compute the 4 hashes, but not store them.
4. The hash calculation and signature process are documented in Notion.
