Fatal error: Cannot declare class Harmony\Flex\Platform\Handler\Project, because the name is already in use in /usr/src/flex/project/vendor/harmony/flex/src/Platform/Handler/Project.php on line 40

Commands

Not Working:

php -d memory_limit=-1 /usr/src/vendor/bin/composer require admin

Working:

php -d memory_limit=-1 $(which composer) require admin
