Following the modifications of Symfony Flex to create HarmonyFlex's Composer plugin, it seems verbose/debug text are shown without specifying verbose option in the command line.

It may be due to the use of Symfony\Component\Console\Style\SymfonyStyle instead of Composer\IO\ConsoleIO
