There are a number of issues that are blocked on the availability of a charting library.

Seeing as Ahoy itself makes mention of ChartKick, I think it would make sense to start with this as the default charting library. We can revisit this in the future to consider alternatives or possibly a configurable setting.

The approach should also assume that the Rails app will have already imported chartkick and that it will be available in the event one of the chart related components are rendered.
