Our version of the Flag of Panama (909f9ec) is more accurate than what is on Wiki Commons. Namely, our version fixes the colors to match the Pantone colors specified in Panama's legislation. From the "Annex To The Manual On The Procedure, Design And Use Of The Nation Symbols" ("Anexo Del Manual Sobre el Procedimeiento, Diseño y Uso De Los Símbolos De La Nación"), here: https://www.gacetaoficial.gob.pa/pdfTemp/28432_A/65219.pdf

Attached here in case the link dies in the Future.

Namely, PANTONE 295 C for "Blue": https://www.pantone.com/color-finder/295-C
PANTONE 187 C for "Red": https://www.pantone.com/color-finder/187-C

It should be noted that in the Annex where we got the Pantone colors, there are several "alternatives" are listed, including "U" variants of Pantone -- i.e. the color to use when printed on absorbent material, as well as hex values.

We chose the "Coated" ("C") variants for the colors because that matches what a screen would show. And we got the "hex" equivalent of those Pantone colors directly from Pantone.

Contribute these changes back to Wiki Commons. I welcome anyone to make these changes, but I'll get to it eventually if no one else helps.
