[Feature Request] add ability to add Plex server manually

Sometimes the server fetching just doesn't work, this would be a nice workaround.

Agreed. I've been banging my head against it all night and cannot get past "failed to retrieve server information from https://plex.tv/pms/servers."

I know all of my server information, and if I could just find a way to plug it in manually, I'd be set. But since I know jack all about Python, and any attempts to insert that information into the .db files where my untrained eye thinks that it makes sense to put it, causes me to have to rebuild said database... I can't even start to experiment with this beautiful-looking project. :-/

So I came up with a little way of doing this, you can find the update here:

Let me know if it works for you guys or not.
Note that I am unsure if this works with servers that have the "Require authentication for local machines" turned on but I am guessing it wont.

It will now find my server using this branch but then nothing... if i go to the top right, i can see the server in the list but that's all.... nothing happens :(
