Next release of bazel 7.0 is coming, we need to adapt with bzlmod, can you help to implement it

Did any of you folks had a chance to take a stab at this? Setting up a dependency on grpc-kotlin is a bit ugly right now for me and I would have much rather the cleaniness of bzlmod.
